June’s slice of the month is our Strawberry Lemonade Slice. Sweet and tangy strawberry lemon curd on a buttery shortbread base then topped with a dusting of icing sugar and fresh lemon zest. A perfect slice for the start of summer!

Slice of the Month
May’s slice of the month is our Mango Cardamom Cheesecake. Fresh mango cardamom compote infused cheesecake that we have delicately paired with a brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom sugar cookie base. We finish it off with a dollop of mango buttercream. A perfect spring flavour!
