Slice of the Month
May’s slice of the month is our Mango Cardamom Cheesecake. Fresh mango cardamom compote infused cheesecake that we have delicately paired with a brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom sugar cookie base. We finish it off with a dollop of mango buttercream. A perfect spring flavour!
