January’s slice of the month is a Lilac Bakery signature! Raspberry Dreams, features a vanilla butter cake base layered with raspberry jam and a bittersweet chocolate cake. We finish it all off with a cocoa heart….perfect for a cold January and Valentine’s Day!

We have brought back one of our customers favourites for the slice the of the month! Our Strawberry Shortcake features a shortbread base with strawberry jam, moist strawberry cake and topped off with a soft pink strawberry buttercream. This seasonal slice will be out in our showcases all summer!

April’s slice of the month is our Mini Egg Blondie. A chewy white chocolate blondie with chunks of crushed up mini eggs baked inside. We top it all off with a little nest of chocolate frosting and some more mini eggs. Perfect for Easter!

November’s slice of the month is our Mango Cardamom Cheesecake! A cardamom sugar cookie base topped with our delicious baked cheesecake that we infused with a scratch made mango and cardamom compote and finished off with a swirl of mango buttercream. A staff and customer favourite!
